This sake is named after a place called "Tabika" in Komono-cho, Mie Prefecture. This sake is made from 100% Kaminoho, sake rice grown in Tamitsu. It's so good! It has a firm feeling like a raw sake, but it has a fruity taste like an apple. It has a fruity taste like an apple. It goes well with any kind of food. I've heard that there is a version using Omachi, so I'd like to compare them.
