伊乎乃 辛口山廃 純米吟醸 原酒 Iono Karakuchi Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Genshu 精米歩合 55% Seimaibuai アルコール 17% alcohol 日本酒度 +7 Nihonshudo 酸度 1.5 Acidity Has a smooth Karakuchi flavor. If the label didn’t tell me, I would never guess that it’s a Yamahai or Junmai or even a Genshu. This Iono avoids the extreme flavors from each of those categories It DOES NOT have a chewy full flavor of a yamahai or Junmai. It does not have an overly sharp alcohol flavor like some Genshus It’s very well balanced! Delicious

It is not too sweet, not too fragrant, and is a clear and refreshing sake. The unique aroma spreads in the mouth and is enjoyable. It is not too strong, so be careful as you can drink more and more of it. The jacket of this sake is also very cool. The jacket of Akita's sake is simple, yet it gives a sense of luxury.

I was unable to purchase sake on my trip to Yamagata, so I bought some at a local sake store after returning home. It tastes like a muscat, which is what Yamagata is all about. It was the type of sake that is sweet and delicious, but not heavy, with a refreshing aftertaste. I would like to buy it again.

It is a ginjo sake brewed with 100% Hakutsuru-Nishiki, a rare sake rice produced by Hakutsuru Shuzo by crossing Yamada-Ho and Watabune-2. It is also used in Jyushiyo. It has a clear ginjo aroma. Like the aroma, it has a clear and sharp dry taste. But it is also full-bodied and delicious. ❗️ It seems to go well with any dishes 😁.

100% organically grown Gin no Sato. The rice polishing ratio is 58%. The aroma is just a little pear, young melon and muscat. After a solid sweetness, a good acidity and a slight bitterness follow. The alcohol content is 17 degrees, but you don't feel the alcohol so much and it's easy to drink 🥴. It's good 😊.

From brewing to label design, Tsunoda-san, the assistant brewer, worked on this challenging series✨. The aroma is a little semedyne type. The taste is also a bit alcoholic, but well balanced😊.
