れおまKITTEOSAKA ③.
B1 Umeyoko
Standing bars and izakayas stand side by side, where many people can casually have a drink from noon!
After the Emon Nippon Meguri on the 6th floor, I was getting hungry, so I moved on.
I usually start with beer🍻, but since I was already enjoying sake, I had sake here as well!
Yamahane (Sawae), which I had often seen at the supermarket.
The sake was served in a generous portion and was a great value for the money.
The taste was perfect for a meal, with sweetness followed by spiciness, and a solid, stable flavor.
I thoroughly enjoyed KITTEOSAKA. れおまKITTEOSAKA② (KITTEOSAKA)
Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui (Hokuriku Plus)
We purchased a medal and tasted 4 kinds.
Check in at Fukui Prefecture's Brahma, which we liked! I will do so.
Unfortunately, my memory of the taste is vague.
I had the impression that it was an unfiltered junmai ginjo, and that it was easy to drink.
I am glad to see this system before purchasing!
The four types we chose
Fukui Prefecture
1) Bon
2) Sou
Ishikawa Prefecture
(3) Homare
Toyama Pref.
4) Sae れおまI went to KITTE OSAKA, which I had wanted to visit.
On the second floor, "Aruemon Nippon Meguri" and local products from each region are gathered on the floor, and there is a sake corner, a corner where you can compare drinks, and a dreamy place with vending machines for tastings.
KITTEOSAKA①
First, Niigata!
I was allowed to compare 3 kinds of sake.
1) Hokusetsu Daiginjo Koshi-tanrei
(2) Maryo Daiginjo
(3) Manotsuru Junmai Ginjo
My favorite was (1) Hokusetsu.
It is soft, round, and gently sweet. It was easy to drink and the first sip made me say, "Yum!
(2) also had a gentle sweetness. But it was more robust than ①.
(3) is also a sweet type. But it was more powerful than ① and ②.
Overall, it is not so much the difference but the sweetness and roundness, is that similar? I don't know if it was the taste of the rice, the water, or the regional character, but I was in a good mood.
After this, we started off the day with a lot of drinking until the evening! (That's right, I'm drunk. 〰︎) じゅんさんAlso at the corner of KITTE. Hokusetsu YK35.
The "Y" stands for Yamadanishiki, Kumamoto Association Yeast No. 9, and the "35" for 35% polished rice.
It tastes sweet, clear and very gorgeous.
