When I enthusiastically told an acquaintance that I wanted to conquer sake from all over Japan at Sake-no-Wawa, he told me that he had a classmate who had a friend who had taken over a sake brewery and gave me a bottle of Kikusen.
Thanks to him, it was my first time in Shizuoka Prefecture🤣.
The taste is refreshing and easy to drink. It is light with a touch of sweetness, and I am sure it is easy to drink for first-timers as well.
