I went to KITTE OSAKA, which I had wanted to visit.
On the second floor, "Aruemon Nippon Meguri" and local products from each region are gathered on the floor, and there is a sake corner, a corner where you can compare drinks, and a dreamy place with vending machines for tastings.

First, Niigata!
I was allowed to compare 3 kinds of sake.
1) Hokusetsu Daiginjo Koshi-tanrei
(2) Maryo Daiginjo
(3) Manotsuru Junmai Ginjo
My favorite was (1) Hokusetsu.
It is soft, round, and gently sweet. It was easy to drink and the first sip made me say, "Yum!
(2) also had a gentle sweetness. But it was more robust than ①.
(3) is also a sweet type. But it was more powerful than ① and ②.
Overall, it is not so much the difference but the sweetness and roundness, is that similar? I don't know if it was the taste of the rice, the water, or the regional character, but I was in a good mood.
After this, we started off the day with a lot of drinking until the evening! (That's right, I'm drunk. 〰︎)
