Sea urchin and squid rice bowl, with bonito sashimi. Sake that goes well with yuzu kosho (I think) It has a relatively refreshing sweet taste, with a dry, sweet aftertaste. It's not overly sweet from start to finish, so it has a refreshing feeling like a summer sake, and it's easy to drink even in the summer!

With half-price salmon. Refreshingly tart, refreshingly delicious summer fresh I regret that I should have bought a bottle after drinking it so much in summer! Lemon or yuzu kosho is the best match rather than wasabi soy sauce!

Purchased in May at a shop in Minato-ku, Tokyo. Opened a little more than 3 months later! Aroma of young melon, fresh and petite, but still soft to the touch. It is undiluted sake, but not too high at 15 degrees, but it stings the tongue. Fruity and easy to drink. I'd like to pair it with the char siu in the back.

They said it would take the worst 20 minutes to open this drink. It took me about 12 minutes... It was a long hot battle. LOL The sweet and sour taste reminds me of acerola and the strength of the spark goes well with fish! It also goes well with swordfish, ginger and lemon! I think it would be great in a cocktail with ginger ale!

When it's full of gas, it tastes like dry muddy sake. I had the impression that it was bitter... But when I drank it a few hours later at the store, it tasted like a completely different kind of sake, sweet and smooth. It would be fun to have a bottle of this in the house!

Urawa Station, at Izumiya Sake Shop. I like the appearance, and I have drunk something of Mr. Eikawa, but I could not remember, but I bought it. Gorgeous Ginjo aroma! Fruity and sweet taste. After a day, it becomes clear and bitter. But it is sweet and tender.

After stopping by Asano Sake, I walked to the shop of Tokyo Port Brewery. A complete jacket buy! When I paired it with salmon stewed in sake lees, I got a great melon feeling! When I drank it by itself, the melon aroma was in the back of the bottle, but it had a good amount of freshness and miscellaneous flavors. Good with soda!

It is a limited edition sake that is a luxurious blend of Junmai Ginjo sake, Ikatani Junmai Ginjo sake and Tokubetsu Junmai sake brewed with Comet. Comet is the name of the rice that I learned from the snowdrifts in Oze. Comet is the name of the rice which I knew from the snowdrift in Oze. When it is blended, I have no choice but to drink it. Because it was blended with a sake made from a traditional yeast mash, I could feel the clean acidity faintly, and I had the impression that it was an all-around player that goes well with dishes such as gyoza.
