The Second Edition
Limited edition of 600
I didn't know it was a summer sake, so I bought it at Sakatoya.
I heard it was sweet, but it's not sweet...
It's a dry sake with a nice aroma.
It smells like bananas and cotton candy, but the aftertaste is dry.
If you drink it at room temperature, you can enjoy the fluffy taste.
A fusion of modern and classic

Refreshing but with a distinctly elegant taste.
I drank it for the first time after making it, and even though it was my first time, it was a medium Junmai Daiginjo lol.
It was full of a sense of luxury
One that melts in your mouth and disappears.
This is one you can drink a whole bottle of.
Rather than with food, you want to drink it quietly and quietly with your life.
Dry sake with acidity.
A toast to your special friend's taste and a birthday present for two!
We paired it with chashu pork and it was a nice way to cut through the fresh fat!
Sweetness of fruit, pear-like
I drank it with the feeling that this was a popular drink.
It was refreshing to finish off a meal of fish with a dry sake.
Sweet like vanilla ice cream or milk.
How can it be milky when it's not even a nigorizake...
It tasted like a kahlua milk, which makes me want to try cocktails and arrangements!
Manufactured in October 2020
I received the one year self aging product as a gift from my boss.
Citric acid that comes in smoothly.
The sake degree of -26 does not feel the sweetness.
You can feel the sweetness in the full power of the acidity, and the acidity comes to you.
A slight bitterness in the aftertaste is good.
Melon with a touch of apple.
Not too sweet, but beautifully sweet.
Sweets or fruits
It took me 3 days to finish it, but I don't think I can finish a whole bottle!
"Eminishiki" lol
Grapes are transformed into yogurt around whether to change over spring, summer, and autumn.
The sweet and sour taste turns into a thick and rich taste.
It goes well with warmed sake plus cinnamon and honey!
The nose is acidic.
It's clear and translucent
It's not too spicy, but it's not too sweet, and it's infinitely drinkable
The alcohol is 15 degrees but you don't feel it, it's a bad sake!
Between persimmon and pear.
When I combined it with the pear that I received as a gift, it was delicious!
It's juicy, but a little bitterness makes it refreshing.
The usual pineapple feeling is strong.
I heard that it tastes sweet like persimmon, so I had a cup with persimmon.
It's between the usual pineapple and persimmon.
Even though it's a persimmon, you can feel the sourness a little.
When I combined it with the persimmon, the pineapple feeling stood out.
Lactic acid is strong, so sour that I suspect I'm drinking expired yogurt.
I couldn't stand it, so I warmed the sake.
The addition of the cinnamon stick and honey would have been a success in reducing the twang and acidic aroma, and the honey mellowed out the sourness of the yogurt.
I no longer want to buy it again for this.
