After stopping by Asano Sake, I walked to the shop of Tokyo Port Brewery.
A complete jacket buy!
When I paired it with salmon stewed in sake lees, I got a great melon feeling!
When I drank it by itself, the melon aroma was in the back of the bottle, but it had a good amount of freshness and miscellaneous flavors.
Good with soda!

雑誌で見つけた、気になる角打ちに行ってきました。閉店間際に滑り込み！
同じ米、同じ水、酵母違いの飲み比べ。
901酵母を使ったTS120から。(TSって何？😅)
フルーティ！
マスカットみたいな味がした！
その後飲み進むと、下の横にピリリ来る苦味も出てきてメロンの皮寄りの苦味。
