Fresh and juicy, with green apple aroma. It has a hint of mango and banana. The wine has a very smooth and refreshing taste. The first and the finish are relatively quick. The top clearings are not mixed with oli, so I can't say anything about it yet. It is a little subtle at the moment. Postscript The impression is not so different even if you add Ori. It's a good taste, but I can't deny that I set the bar a little too high for Kuraku. But this kind of ups and downs is also the best part of sake.

The one I've been wanting to drink for a while! It's not snowing but it's open lol. When I poured it into a glass, it was already pure white. It looks like milk or calpis. I mean, the smell is also quite milk-like ...... (is it my imagination?) The taste is surprisingly refreshing while the mouthfeel is super thick. It's so straight that you could even call it super dry. It is beyond nigori and is now a doburoku. I am glad I had it.

One that I picked up because of how beautiful the name is. The nose is pineapple. The body is light, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is quite easy to drink and very similar to Kameizumi Cell. This one has a slightly richer aftertaste. I feel like Northern Kanto is kind of hot these days.

The aroma is quite mild. It has a hint of citrus acidity. The taste has a flavor of rice pushed to the fore, and it is somewhat comforting. It is a little like Hirotogawa as an affiliation. It has no peculiarities, but it is not without individuality either, and is a bottle that will likely be empty before you know it. It's a bottle of sake that is so bad, you'll find yourself emptying out the bottle. It was the kind of sake that makes you say, "It's okay like this, just like this. Thank you for a good encounter!

I love Morishima, but I've never had the good fortune to encounter it. I was struggling to find a way to get my hands on a bottle of sake ......, when a shigoritate bottle of shigoritate showed up on my doorstep. The clarity was apparent from the moment it was poured into the glass. The aroma was very acidic, almost grapefruit-like. However, there is almost no acidity on the palate, and the smoothness typical of Omachi is accompanied by a rich rice flavor that spreads in the mouth. It is a very beautiful sake with plenty of minerals. It is recommended as a food sake, as it has a calm quality.

This is the first bottle brewed by a method we have ever seen. We are very excited about this unique technique. The aroma is relatively mild, with clear acidity and fruity notes. The milky mouthfeel, typical of Omachi, is followed by a firm body, umami, and crisp bitterness. It is a little different from the image I had of Kaze no Mori, and heavier in a good sense. It is a bit like sake from Fukushima, isn't it? It is very delicious. Postscript After leaving it overnight, it became fruity and light like Kaze no Mori. It's like a fruity sandwich, from fruity to umami to fruity, and the aftertaste is wonderful.

This is my first time in Daishinshu. I have only good memories of Nagano sake, so I have high expectations. The aroma is mango and pineapple. Rough but solid rice flavor from the smooth mouthfeel. The rich flavor spreads until the mid-palate, but in the second half, the bitterness comes in spasmodically as if it were a blade. It is not flashy by any means, but it is certainly delicious.
