The aroma was apple, strawberry, and muscat.
It has a sweet and juicy taste that I quite like.
The aftertaste is light and refreshing, making it very easy to drink.
It seems that they use an interesting yeast called "flower yeast," but I didn't notice it.
I wonder if it would be different if you change the temperature range or let it sit for a while.
