Imanishi純米吟醸 朝日
りょうすけ
This is another brand of sake from Imanishi Shuzo, which brews Mimuro Sugi.
This is the first time for me to drink this sake, although it bears the name of the brewery.
The aroma is strong apple.
The mouthfeel is quite light and clear, tasting like water squeezed from apple juice.
Is it similar to Mimuro Cedar in direction?
I think this one is more fruity.
In any case, it is a very beautiful sake.
