This is the first time for me to taste sake made from sake musashi.
I had never heard of sake rice called "sake musashi" before when I bought this sake.
The aroma is still the same gorgeous pineapple.
The taste is just as gorgeous, but somehow mellower and more umami-like.
The acidity and the bitterness at the finish are also present, and it is indeed a Huayangbao.
