This is another brand of Yao Honten, which brews Chichibu Nishiki.
To be honest, I didn't like Chichibu Nishiki that much.
The aroma is slightly inky.
The taste is medium-bodied, with umami in the mid-palate.
Overall, it is mild and suitable for a mid-meal drink.
Not my favorite, but it is usually delicious.
