A bottle I came across in search of a summer drink. This is my first time to try Yuki no Bijin. The aroma is soft and slightly sweet. In the mouth, a slight carbonation is felt, a slight impression of white wine, and a noticeable alcohol taste. It is a slightly dry sake. It is suitable as a food sake (^^) After a few days of opening the bottle, the carbonation seems to disappear and the sweetness seems to increase!

I was wondering when to drink it...but...opened the bottle When I poured it into the cup, I got the impression of more carbonation. The aroma is white grape-like, similar to Akitsuho. When you take a sip, you can still taste the acidity with a lot of carbonation. After that, it tastes gently of white grapes. It disappears softly until the end. Compared to Akitsuho, it is a gentle sake (Akitsuho gives the impression of being more voluminous). Perhaps the taste will be different after the acidity is gone each day... drink it slowly over about 10 days (^ ^)

Almost no aroma. No acidity, a slight white grape and alcohol feeling that comes suddenly. It's not sharp, but it disappears quickly. Well, it is not my favorite ^^;. When I tried it with dashimaki, the taste and the alcohol feeling disappeared, and it passed down my throat easily. You don't feel like you are drinking alcohol... It may be good for those who like sake like Kozen Josui, but it is not suitable for those who like sake with flavor.

It is more like a dubu, or a doro (^^; It looks whiter than amazake and is milk of sake. It is more like drinking or eating, and it is thicker than Tenkaichin's ramen. It is inevitable that it will become even thicker because it is sticky and accumulated at the bottom of the bottle. It has a thick mouthfeel, but it is not too sweet, and the alcohol content is about 15%, so there is not much alcohol in it. Yukikko is very sweet and has a alcohol content of more than 20 degrees, so it is hard to match it as a food sake, but this one can be used as a food sake! However, it is not as refreshing in the mouth as a dry sake, and it leaves a sticky texture; It may be a surprisingly versatile sake.

Stylish label! I was told that this is a series with a low noon tomorrow. Now, the aroma is sweet...chocolate banana? In the mouth, sourness and sweetness. It somehow feels like a plum wine. Tenbi! Special Junmai. A slight semedyne smell. The foaming sensation is more subdued than the white Tenbi and Momoten I drank before. I don't know what it is, but the foam is fine, or it's a gentle foam. My first saku Kaminoho Junmai Ginjo Sweet aroma. Slightly sour, many times sweeter than that. The fruity feeling is amazing. The taste changes and thickens in the mouth. When I poured it into the usual tin inoguchi, it was thick. Sweet Ginjo aroma. It feels like it goes in smoothly. There is little stimulation, and you can hardly feel the alcohol. The soft sweetness spreads a little, but it disappears quickly. It is a sake to be drunk by itself, but it can be drunk rapidly. It's a dangerous drink ^^; If you bring it back to room temperature a little from cold, the volume seems to swell after drinking. I would like to enjoy the temperature change.

A combination of Jyushiyo's Sake Mirai and Ogawa No. 10 yeast! How reasonable this is within 3000 yen (^^; It starts with a slight sourness, and is it a white grape type? The aftertaste expands in two stages from a crisp sweetness. It is the sake which emphasizes the volume rather than the sweetness (^^) This is a bargain.

It is a gift. Because I'm a basic sweet drinker, I don't buy dry sake by myself. It's a drunken whale, but it's a dry sake of Kochi, which is represented by "Funanchu Hassaku", just like the rumor ^^; It has a crisp mouthfeel that comes easily, the swelling of the rice as it goes down the throat, and disappears quickly.
