The fall wine I was drinking was empty, and I rummaged around in the fridge...
I found a bottle of summer sake that I had bought some time ago and was about to drink!
When I just opened it, it had a strong alcohol taste, but today it seems mellower!
It went well with the strong flavor of tonight's side dish of tonteki 😊.

Purchased at AEON in Tokoname, attracted by the limited edition of 300 bottles.
It goes refreshingly well with bamboo shoot rice, bamboo shoot tempura, and bamboo shoot stew, even if it doesn't seem insistent. ❤️
If there is another bottle, I'll buy it 😊.
