I bought the last bottle at my usual [Kurimoto].
When I opened it 5 days ago, I thought it was spiky and I didn't like it. But today it's mellowed out and goes well with spicy and sweet food. ☺️
It's light, but it has a great flavor and it's not too assertive.

I was told that there was a delicious Kaiun sake, and I immediately found it at my usual Kurimoto ✨.
I couldn't resist and opened the bottle immediately!
Sake with a strong umami and flavor.
But it doesn't get in the way when drunk with a meal.
It's a strange sake that makes the meal even more delicious!
I guess you can't go wrong with Kaiun!
I heard that there are 5 types of this series... I think I saw 5 similar bottles at the store....
And they were all bottles 😆.
I'll be patient and try to conquer them all 💪.

There, I found "Sora" 180㎖, which is hard to find locally!
Encountering sake is a once in a lifetime event!
I brought it back to the campsite along with the two types of sake that I had selected by weight for tasting 🍁.
The first "Sora" I drank tasted tasted gentler than I had imagined, with a hint of apple in the back ✨.
