20代前半に若気の至りで日本酒で失敗して以降、40代前半までは日本酒恐怖症で芋焼酎ばかりを酒屋を巡っては買い漁って飲んでいました。 ５年ほど前に新潟長岡への出張で、駅前の居酒屋のおすすめで至を飲ませてもらい日本酒にハマり、今は家飲み中心で日々焼酎と日本酒を嗜んでおります。今のところ隣接県のみむろ杉が推しです。

Sour and yogurt-like, like drinking it for the first time. Very drinkable and tasty! I wanted to drink it to celebrate my favorite soccer team winning, but alas...it tastes the same, but I wanted it to taste even better when they won.

It's been a long time since I've had an instrumental Masamune, the best cosmetic old man's friend. I buy it whenever I see it. It doesn't have a gaseous feeling, and the feeling of drinking it is like a rush to the throat. It has a nice sharpness and you can't help but drink too much of it.

The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt the sweetness coming, but the spiciness soon followed. It is a different type of sake from what I like to drink, but I am sure it will become a habit of mine. I would like to drink it with oden and simmered dishes.

As I was taking pictures, my second son put down his own Mitsuya Cider, so I went ahead and took pictures. I love Mimuro Cider. I always put it in my mouth with high expectations, but it always exceeds them. It's not Mitsuya Cider, but it's slightly carbonated, and the first sip is fruity, but it doesn't last long, and it feels refreshing. I still recommend it!

Strong fizzy and sweet, light on the palate and great. It tastes great. The packaging was appealing to my kids who love castles and history, and the whole family enjoyed it, including my wife who drank it with me and my kids who can't drink.

I bought this on a trip to Ishikawa a year and a half ago. I don't think it has the fruity taste that the reviews say, it's more classic and refreshing and goes well with nabe and zoukei. It is delicious, but I wonder when I will see it again.

The first of the year in the sense of supporting the brewery closest to my house! This sake is truly worthy of being first! I served it to my parents and siblings as well as my wife for New Year's, and they all commented on how delicious it was: ‼️ I am proud that there is such a great sake brewery nearby. It has just the right amount of gas and sweetness to make you gobble it up. Good job to myself for buying two bottles. 👍️

It has a strong effervescence and is moderately sweet and very gentle, so much so that I wanted to keep it in my mouth forever. I had no choice but to drink it in a four-pack because of the stock in the fridge, so my enjoyment ended soon after.

I have always wanted to drink Abe. After going to lunch with my wife, I stopped by Noboru Sake Shop in Tenri City and bought it. The aroma is not very assertive. A little sour and refreshing, and you can drink as much as you want. I like this one a lot too!

Today I had a cup of Nakanishi Peanut, a trophy from yesterday's visit to Nara, a neighboring prefecture 🍶. It is moderately fruity with a little sourness. It is not only sweet but also bitter, leaving a nice lingering taste. It is easy to drink and will be liked by a wide range of people. I personally like the taste!

The sake that I received from my relatives, they are discontinuing production. Since I receive this sake every year, I tend to buy it in vogue, but there is a part of me that looks forward to it every year. It was so refreshing that I drank it all in one gulp.

Purchased online at the Isego main store. It is a little dry with a strong gaseous taste, and in the middle of hot weather, you can't stop drinking it when it is cooled down. It was a cosy sake. I bought it online at Isego Honten.

Day 2 of the Shikoku-Chugoku trip. Today we stopped by Takeda, a wine and sake shop in Okayama Prefecture! There were so many attractive sake and shochu that it was hard to decide. As a result, the local sake of the visiting prefecture, a little gassy. I drank it all in one day, but I would have liked to enjoy the change of taste after the second day.

First day of my trip to Shikoku China. Stopped at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima Prefecture to purchase some sake for dinner on the trip. They have a lot of sake that I like, and they are nice to my kids, so I wish there was a liquor store near my house! A glass of chicken on the bone in Marugame, Kagawa Prefecture. It was a little under-chilled due to the cooler box, but that made it sweet and delicious!

I was about to reach for Hana Oup and Mimuro Cedar, which I buy regularly, when I somehow reached for Takatsukiyo. My expectations were originally high, but I ended up going with a brand I was familiar with. The first sip was sweet, but it soon became spicy and refreshing! Let's try the hiragana Takachiyo too.
