I heard the clerk explaining the sake to another customer, and while I was about to go on to another sake, I made my first purchase of Drunken Whale at Abetaya Sake Shop.
The taste is exactly what I would call "refreshingly dry! I enjoyed it with sashimi this time, but it seems to go well with fish and any other Japanese food. It is very autumnal.
