I bought it at Sake-no-Yamamoto on the way to wander around Osaka City with my children using the city's excursion ticket.
The slightly rightward "Hakurakusei" on the label is upward compatible with my own handwriting, and I opened the bottle with the thought that I wished I could write such characters.
When the bottle is first opened, it has a fruity feel to it. There is no sense of fizz. When you put it in your mouth, it is not so sweet and a little dry. I drank it at a hand-rolled sushi party at my home, and it went great with fish!
