Purchased on a business trip
The aroma is fruity and the taste is surprisingly sour and bitter with a hint of sweetness.
It was quite delicious!
It is suitable for a wide range of pre-dinner to mid-dinner drinks.
Respect for Wind Forest alpha6 6
Slightly effervescent, light with a good balance of acidity and sweetness
Quite tasty, but a little too light for my personal taste
Sake from Hiroshima given by a friend
It has a mild, slightly thickened, light and dry taste with a touch of umami and sweetness.
The high alcohol content of the sake can be felt because it is a pure sake.
It was quite a tasty sake!
3.5
The aroma is modest.
Perfect balance of crispness, gorgeousness, a hint of acidity, and sweetness.
Very tasty, and since it was only 1,400 yen, it was well worth the cost!

Hatsujikin served at an izakaya (Japanese style pub)
It tasted fruity and mellow, no wonder it is so popular. I would like to try other varieties as well!

A bottle that was recommended to me at a local liquor store when I said I liked sweeter ones.
It's apple-based sweet, but it's also full-bodied and quite tasty. The alcohol flavor is a bit annoying, though.
Good value for money at 1,300 yen.
A brand I tasted at a liquor store in Tokyo and bought immediately.
It is a well-balanced type of sake that combines elements of both rich umami and light dryness.
The impression was that the mellow umami element was rather strong.
Photos and detailed tasting will be posted later.
I bought it at a liquor store and drank it.
Overall, I got the impression that it was well-balanced, rather gorgeous, fruity, and delicious.
There are no photos left, but it is the pride of the local Kanagawa Prefecture.
Strong acidity, rich flavor
It is a brand that is not often seen, but if you do see it, I highly recommend you to try it!
We had it at a bar.
It was a limited edition, so I don't remember the details of the taste, but I still have the impression that it was delicious!
I still have the image of a full-bodied, robust sake that is rather mellow but not fruity.
HIROKI Black Label
We had it at a bar.
It is a very high quality sake with no peculiarities, light and dry but with a strong umami taste.
I think it is best suited as a food sake.
I knew very little about Hokkaido sake, but I was told that it is the most popular brand in Hokkaido.
I drank the higher grade kind. Anyway, it was perfect and delicious!
I'd like to try the normal grade ones and review them again.
