A brand I learned about after drinking a one-cup of liquor at a bar and finding it very tasty. Wakayama is an unusual sake, but connoisseurs will love it! Sake with a good balance of acidity and umami, with a fairly high degree of perfection.

It was my first time to try Houou Sanda. It's unfiltered, so it's a little heavy, but it's full and crisp. It is very delicious. I think it goes well with any kind of food.
