It is 80% polished rice and has a fruity, clear flavor with no cloying taste that is hard to believe it is junmai sake spec. It has more volume than Akitsuho 657. The first day the bottle was opened, it had a strong gaseous and bitter taste, but today, on the third day, it became mellower and different. Personally, I think it is more my type than just after opening the bottle. I will enjoy it while watching the full moon of mid-autumn.

I have been in the mood for heated sake for a while and bought this one. The name of this sake is exactly for heated sake 🍶. It is full of umami and has a caramel-like sweetness, but also has a sourness that makes it light and easy to drink. Best match with salted fish 🦑It tastes great even at room temperature.

Kadoya-san's Yumeshin Ori Mashimashi. A sake brewery well-known for their "Naraman" brand of sake. After the creaminess and sweetness of ori comes the bitterness and astringency. I drank it on its own, but I thought it might be better as a food sake, so I drank it with salted fish and it went very well together.

Too hot today! I just came home after playing with my son at a very crowded pool until late afternoon. After beer, I had a Senkou Kabutomushi! It has a characteristic sourness and a moderate sweetness. It is refreshing and easy to drink on a hot day like today. It was good with raw rock oysters 🦪.

Super opening caution! I carefully poked a hole in it before peeling the lid off, but it still spewed a little. Taste is fruity and creamy! Sweet and moderately bitter. It was a very energetic sake with excellent activity.
