My favorite locally distributed draft sake from Banshu Issen! Purchased at the usual Yokatan. The label describes it as dry, but it has a fruity, slightly sweet, modern flavor. It is fruity, slightly sweet, and modern in flavor, not like honjozo in a good way.
It has a slightly chili alcohol taste, but it is said to mellow as the days go by, so I would like to enjoy the change in taste.
Good evening, Mr. Ponchan 🦇.
I saw it for the first time too! I was going to buy the Banshu Isshu lees tangled, but I ended up with this one because it was so rare! It's delicious, cheap and highly recommended 😋.
This is my first Urasato. The rice polishing ratio is low, and while it has a strong rice flavor and junmai sake-like character, it also has a nice grapefruit-like fruity, gaseous, and cloudy milky taste. The taste is reminiscent of the steadfast Fusakogane. It is delicious.
Mr. Jay & Mr. Nobby
Good evening! Fudofusa Kogane is delicious 😋 It's not as shwashy and creamy as that one, but I think it has a similar taste.
We bought a lot of sake during the new sake season and our fridge is completely over capacity 🥲.
The sake I drank the most last year. It is a stable taste.
I drank it at a New Year's party and didn't get a chance to taste it properly, so I want to drink it again.
Today is the last day of work. I was busy until the end, so I opened a bottle of Yamanohisu as a reward for my hard work.
It has a gorgeous raspberry-like ginjo aroma and a hint of gas. It tastes different from the dry sake I had before, but I think it has a similar light and refreshing quality.
Delicious and easy to drink, the kind of sake that disappears in no time ✨.
I had wanted to drink this sake for a long time, and this year I made a reservation to get it!
It is fresh, gassy, and full of flavor, just like a new sake. It has a dry finish and can be enjoyed on its own or as a mealtime drink! This is delicious✨
Hi Kippei, good evening 🌙
I found it at the store and thought about trying it, but it was dry so I passed it up 💦I see it's easy to drink😊I'll bring it back next time I see it🎶.
Pon.
It was rather refreshing and easy to drink. There were two types of dry sake, one raw and the other fire-brewed, but I chose the fire-brewed because I didn't have enough space in my fridge. Next time, I would like to try the raw version!
After a long overseas business trip, my desire for sake exploded!
The first sake I drank in a while was Mimuro Sugi's new sake Ooragarami. I couldn't drink this sake last year.
It has a nice combination of juiciness with a rummy taste typical of Mimuro Sugi and the milky taste of ori (rice cake). The aftertaste is dry. I will drink a variety of new sake this year!
The sake is fresh and fresh as new sake, with a fruity muscat-like aroma. At 16% alcohol, it also has a strong bitter and astringent taste. Exquisite balance✨.
The sake was so good that I wanted a bottle of it for home use, so I bought one at Kadoya. It is still too good. I never get tired of it and can drink it for the rest of my life. A little luxury at the end of the week✨.
I received my reservation late, and now I'm still waiting for the Red Dragonfly. The moment I drank it, I was hummed.
I roared.
There is a slight gassy feeling. I have an image that autumn sake has a sense of maturity, but it is juicy and insanely delicious and great!
Unmovable Special Junmai. I heard it won a platinum award at some contest. The taste is clean and mild, with a nice accent of acidity. It is good at room temperature.
The season of Shiboritate Kido has come again this year!
The aroma is already muscat! Fresh! The bitter taste is the final touch.
Delicious and cost-effective sake 🍶.
The 100th bottle was a bottle of Hirotogawa Special Junmai🎉.
I heard that the Fukushima Satellite Shop near my workplace, where I have always been a regular customer, had stopped stocking it due to its excessive popularity, so I found it at another store and bought it. I found it at another store and bought it.
Tastes as good as ever✨.
It's a versatile all-around sake that seems to encompass everything for all tastes 🍶.
Congratulations on your 100 check-in, Kippei 🎉🎊!
It's a nice celebration to be able to buy your favorite alcohol ras 1 ✨I appreciate alcohol that goes with everything 😊👍.
Thank you, Pon-chan!
I started this with a light heart as a reminder, but I'm completely addicted to the sake swamp😅.
I'm still searching for my favorite sake, but this one is in the Hall of Fame 🍶.
This is the long-awaited immovable Omachi that I couldn't drink last year! It has a strong fruity aroma, and in the mouth it has a sweetness like a ripe melon, and as is typical of Omachi, it is full-bodied and has a long aftertaste. I've had a very hard week, so I'm going to drink it slowly over the weekend.
There is a slight gaseous sensation. It has a strong fruity aroma and is juicy and full of flavor, just like Omachi. It was so easy to drink that a 4-gouple bottle was consumed immediately.
I stopped by a liquor store and bought it. It was my first time to buy Hana Yuu, so I chose Omachi from the three standard varieties. It was fruity like peach juice, full-bodied, sweet but not too sweet, and crisp at the end. It was exactly to my taste, and I liked it very much. It may be difficult to match with food, but as a stand-alone drink, it is the best.
I enjoyed the Akabu Hiyayogoshi that I drank last year and was looking for it again this year. I bought a bottle of it thinking I wouldn't miss it. It has an elegant ginjo aroma and tastes like ripe melon. It is sweet and delicious, but not too sweet. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, so it is the type of sake that will be gone in no time.
10/1 seems to be Sake Day, so I opened a bottle of this one, which I was looking forward to. It has a ripe fruity aroma and sweetness, followed by a hint of sourness and bitterness. Delicious.
