My favorite locally distributed draft sake from Banshu Issen! Purchased at the usual Yokatan. The label describes it as dry, but it has a fruity, slightly sweet, modern flavor. It is fruity, slightly sweet, and modern in flavor, not like honjozo in a good way.
It has a slightly chili alcohol taste, but it is said to mellow as the days go by, so I would like to enjoy the change in taste.

I saw it for the first time too! I was going to buy the Banshu Isshu lees tangled, but I ended up with this one because it was so rare! It's delicious, cheap and highly recommended 😋.

This is my first Urasato. The rice polishing ratio is low, and while it has a strong rice flavor and junmai sake-like character, it also has a nice grapefruit-like fruity, gaseous, and cloudy milky taste. The taste is reminiscent of the steadfast Fusakogane. It is delicious.

Today is the last day of work. I was busy until the end, so I opened a bottle of Yamanohisu as a reward for my hard work.
It has a gorgeous raspberry-like ginjo aroma and a hint of gas. It tastes different from the dry sake I had before, but I think it has a similar light and refreshing quality.
Delicious and easy to drink, the kind of sake that disappears in no time ✨.

After a long overseas business trip, my desire for sake exploded!
The first sake I drank in a while was Mimuro Sugi's new sake Ooragarami. I couldn't drink this sake last year.
It has a nice combination of juiciness with a rummy taste typical of Mimuro Sugi and the milky taste of ori (rice cake). The aftertaste is dry. I will drink a variety of new sake this year!

This is the long-awaited immovable Omachi that I couldn't drink last year! It has a strong fruity aroma, and in the mouth it has a sweetness like a ripe melon, and as is typical of Omachi, it is full-bodied and has a long aftertaste. I've had a very hard week, so I'm going to drink it slowly over the weekend.

I stopped by a liquor store and bought it. It was my first time to buy Hana Yuu, so I chose Omachi from the three standard varieties. It was fruity like peach juice, full-bodied, sweet but not too sweet, and crisp at the end. It was exactly to my taste, and I liked it very much. It may be difficult to match with food, but as a stand-alone drink, it is the best.

I enjoyed the Akabu Hiyayogoshi that I drank last year and was looking for it again this year. I bought a bottle of it thinking I wouldn't miss it. It has an elegant ginjo aroma and tastes like ripe melon. It is sweet and delicious, but not too sweet. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, so it is the type of sake that will be gone in no time.

10/1 seems to be Sake Day, so I opened a bottle of this one, which I was looking forward to. It has a ripe fruity aroma and sweetness, followed by a hint of sourness and bitterness. Delicious.
