This is my first Tazake Yamahai. Compared to the Tokujun that I am used to drinking, it has a characteristic acidity like Yamahai. I had an image of yamahai as a mellow sake, but it was juicy, sweet, and delicious.

Buying a batch of new sake towards the end of the year. We started with our first Garakudai 🍶. It is a delicious fusion of nigori's milky flavor and the fresh gasiness, umami, and acidity of nama-shu. It has a dry impression, and is the kind of sake that envelops even the greasiest of entrées.

I saw it at the store and bought it again because I enjoyed it before. It has a fruity and gorgeous aroma typical of Hououmida, with juicy rice flavor and sweetness. It has a dry aftertaste and is good as a food sake. I will buy it again when I find it.

The instrument Masamune I bought on a business trip to Tokyo. This may be the first time I've had anything other than Honjozo? Even with junmai sake specs, it had a fresh, muscatelike, fruity impression with the full force of the Musical Instrument Masamune character. It was a delicious sake that was easy to drink.

I received this as a souvenir from Takayama, Gifu. It is a refreshing yet mellow sake with a strong sweetness and umami of pure rice. It went well with a salty side dish. It was delicious chilled, but would also be great warmed.

This year's hiyaoroshi is a repeat of Momuro Sugi's hiyaoroshi. It has a melon-like ginjo aroma and the juicy sweetness and richness typical of Omachi. It was served with grilled salt fish and went well with it ✨.

Mid-Autumn Festival has been a long time since Banshu Issen hiyaoroshi🌕 This is the bottle that got me hooked on sake. It has the richness and gravity of hiyaoroshi, but is easy enough to drink that it sticks with even sake beginners. All of Banshu Issen's seasonal sakes are delicious!

At the end of summer, I bought a lot of hiyaoroshi. The first one is "Kangiku" (chrysanthemum). I enjoyed it last year, so I repeated it. It has a ripe, fruity taste with a round, umami flavor. It is tasty and cost-effective.
