This is the first Junmai Ginjo from Nabeshima. Fruity and chilled gasiness. It was light right after opening, but more delicious and voluptuous on the second day ✨.
It is fresh, juicy, and has a sweetness that is typical of chrysanthemum while being fire-aged. It was so delicious that I emptied a bottle in no time.
My first KAWABU.
Sweet and fresh aroma like melon and peach. It has a smooth texture with a slight sourness and bitterness.
A few days after opening the bottle, the bitterness combined with the sourness to give it a fuller, richer flavor that I liked.
My first spring sake, Black Dragonfly.
The Blue Dragonfly in summer and the Red Dragonfly in fall were both delicious, but this one exceeded my expectations. It has a strong umami flavor, clean and smooth, with just a hint of sourness and bitterness.
My favorite sake that I haven't been able to buy recently!
In a good way, the price does not match the taste, and this sake overturns the image of honjozo.
I had a Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate last year, which was so delicious that I looked for it but could not find it, so I bought a standard Junmai Ginjo. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma and mild flavor, making it an easy-to-drink sake for everyone.
It is mild and has little aroma, but it has a full flavor. I am not an expert on sake, but this sake certainly has the elements that make Omachi sake delicious.
The label on the back of the bottle is very thoughtful.
