It's not easy to find rice wine in Akita. I bought it when I went out of the prefecture. It took about 6 hours to get here, and I brought it home after chilling it. I've been drinking a lot of sake in the prefecture lately, so it's been a while. I fell in love with sake because of the delicious Akita sake, but recently I've been surprised by the high quality of sake from outside of the prefecture. I think that most of the sake from Akita is either light and sweet like Shinsei and Yamamoto, or sweet and savory like Ichibai Suisei and Hanamura, but I think that there is more rich sake like Fukushima from outside the prefecture. This is the second time I've had Denshu, and I wasn't too impressed when I had it in Hirosaki before, but this one has a good balance of ama-umi and acidity, and the mellowness is wonderful. The aroma is also pleasant. It's not available in Akita, but if you find it, buy it. Repeat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

My favorite overnight mizunari. Today is the spring version pink label. The last time I stayed overnight I missed it, so I was very excited. It does not betray my expectations. The aroma is good. It has a good balance of umami, sweetness and acidity. The mouthfeel is refreshing, and I'm looking forward to the future changes. After all, 1 Tomari Suinari does not betray you.

It's been a while since we've had any sake from outside the prefecture. I bought it there. I bought it when I stayed in Mito for some reason. It's a great liquor store, and when I told them I wanted to drink Ibaraki sake, they seemed to have other recommendations, but I bought this one. I regret that I should have bought the liquor store's recommendation as well. The taste is dry but sweet. The taste is dry, but the sweetness spreads. The acidity is weak, but I personally think it's fine like this. There is no doubt that it is delicious. I think the differentiation is weak. But it is worth repeating.

It's a rare one that pure block, which has an image of being fire-hardened, is raw and hung in a bag. The shop where you can buy it seems to be limited, and I hesitated because it was over 2000 yen, but I bought it. I drank it as soon as I could. I love pure block, but it's a little different. It's very simple and easy to drink. This kind of sake has a strong sweetness, but it has a bit of sourness, which is rare.

Recently, the rule of alternating between in-prefecture and out-of-prefecture sake has been broken and we've been drinking in-prefecture sake. It's Futari. We had this sake once before, but we had a vague impression that it was sweet and delicious. This time, I hadn't had it for several years. Our impression is that it is thick. It has a very good aroma. It has a strong sweetness, but it also has a unique bitterness and astringency that makes it enjoyable. If I had started to drink sake from this sake, I might not have liked it, but from the point of view of an old man who is fed up with the recent trendy sake, this taste is worth repeating. Recently, I had the same impression about Niida Natural Sake. It is good for the cost. If you drink this and a light one alternately, it will be good. I think I will be attracted to this one.

These days I sometimes use the all-you-can-drink at Akita Station because it's cheap and the food is good. I had a few drinks at a sushi restaurant where I can drink my favorite Malts. I've always liked Kariho, but I was interested in the regular Kariho. I've always said that I don't drink more than 2,000 yen for a four-pack, but I've drunk more than my body weight in sake, but don't underestimate this ordinary sake. This is a good sake to repeat. It is best served at room temperature. I was reminded again that Akita sake is delicious.

This sake seems to be a collaboration between Fukurokuju, who serves my favorite Ichidomizunari, and a sake project created by farmers. It has a mild taste. Ichidomari Mizunari is a sake that you feel the flavor slowly and gradually, and it has a little bit of an edge to it, but this one has a good, unconventional flavor, and a bad, uninspired flavor. This is the first time I've tried this label, but I think I'll buy it next time I find it.

I love Haruka. I think it's better than Mansaku to be able to enjoy a taste change. The same by cream was good. Pink is .... It's not bad at all. It's just that the direction of the flavor is more sour. This is the Rokugo Higashine after the Kanazawa Nishine. The same Misoshiki is made in different rice fields, and the same sake brewery makes it. There are only a few shops where you can buy it, so I look forward to it at this time of year. It's good this year too. Both are good, although if I had to judge, it would be difficult, but I think it would be Cream (Rokugo-Tone). But both are good. I'm really happy to be able to compare these.

I don't do this very often, but this time I pre-ordered it and bought it. This sake is from the town next to my birthplace. It's made with a Tochigi sake rice called Yumesasara, which is also made with water from the Nikko water system. It has a crisp sweetness and a nice aftertaste. The aroma is also nice and clean. There is little acidity and the taste of the rice seems to be deep. I can drink as much as I want.

This is a sake from Akita Shuzo near my house. Drunk Rakuten is famous, but it is a little expensive and hard to drink. This is the new lineup A Ace. This time we had the Red Label. They only brew Junmaishu with rice from within 5km of the brewery. Natsuta Fuyuzo and Bina are also very good, but even though it is a regular sake, it should not be underestimated. We had it lukewarm and hot, and it's very tasty with a mild aroma. It's good for the price.

I opened a bottle of in-prefecture sake on the same day. That's Shinsei. It has a taste that is distinctly different from so-called sake. It has this gaseous feeling and is light and delicious. It is one of the best sake in the prefecture that I recommend to others.

I drink in-prefecture sake maru and out-of-prefecture sake alternately. This is Hanaupu from Akabu in Iwate. I'm really lucky to have it, even though it's influenced by Corona Hana. I'm glad I was born in Akita Prefecture. Akatake is good, but Hanaup is also good ^_^ The aroma is unbearably good. It has an elegant sweetness in the mouth. The acidity is weak, which is similar to Akabu. It goes down the throat well, and the sharpness after drinking is pleasant. I would like to enjoy it for a long time.

I was confused between this and Hououmida at an iketeru liquor store on my trip. This one is not available locally, so I went to Abe. Since it was my first time, I bought the standard one. This is delicious. The flavor of the rice, the light acidity, and the elegant sweetness. It is well balanced and easy to drink. I finished the whole bottle in no time. I think I'll buy another bottle to go home.
