It's been a while since we've had any sake from outside the prefecture.
I bought it there. I bought it when I stayed in Mito for some reason. It's a great liquor store, and when I told them I wanted to drink Ibaraki sake, they seemed to have other recommendations, but I bought this one.
I regret that I should have bought the liquor store's recommendation as well.
The taste is dry but sweet. The taste is dry, but the sweetness spreads. The acidity is weak, but I personally think it's fine like this.
There is no doubt that it is delicious. I think the differentiation is weak.
But it is worth repeating.
