It's been a while since I've been to Hanaup. I had a hard time deciding between Omachi and Rikuhada, but I decided to go with Dewa Tsannchu. It's too good from the aroma. While there are more and more sakes with strong acidity, this sweetness and deliciousness is excellent. I want to compare them, but I don't have a 4-pack. I can't wait to finish it and go buy some Omachi. I think Hanamura Yuu is the best for the comfort after drinking.

I was going to buy this last year, but I missed it, Summer Snowman. This time I bought it without hesitation. Manzaku is a fun brewery with many variations, but this one is not too light and not too rich. The aroma is also refreshing. The bitterness is weak and the acidity is low, but this sweetness and umami is the mainstay of Akita sake. It is very good. I would like to buy another bottle.

I love Akita's sake. But I'm also interested in the one from the neighboring prefecture. I drank it once when I went to Morioka for work. It's Akatake, a kind of Fukushima's sake, not Akita's sake. It seems to be a summer sake. There is a little ori in it. It's quite different from drinking it without mixing it and drinking it after mixing it. So you can enjoy it. The aroma is good, too. I love Sharaku. This time, I got a rare unpasteurized sake. We had it immediately. It has a refreshing sweet aroma. The expectation is high. My favorite Yamagata Masamune. It does not disappoint. I love Akita's sake, but it may not be able to match the breadth and depth of Yamagata's sake. It's good again. There is a pleasant sourness in the sweetness. The slight bitterness and the alcohol feeling are also good.

This is a new brand from a local brewery, Akita Shuzo. They have a new brewer, a young local university graduate with a bald head and glasses. Akita Shuzo also makes a very nice sake called Drunken Rakuten. It's a bit expensive, but really good. I had high hopes for this one too. It is a raw sake and has a sharpness. The sourness and sweetness are noticeable, and the aroma is there too, although I'm not sure how to describe it. If you ask me if it's good or not, it's not bad. It's my favorite Akita brewery, so I'll be a little dry in my comments, but I think it's a little bland. I've seen similar names for sake in Miyagi, but I still felt the concept of the brewery. The Akita Shuzo brewery has released various labels such as Drunk Rakuten, Shinyashu, and Yoitto. It is true to say that they have their own individuality, but I want them to aim one step higher as a whole. Repeat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (because I support them)
