I don't do this very often, but this time I pre-ordered it and bought it. This sake is from the town next to my birthplace. It's made with a Tochigi sake rice called Yumesasara, which is also made with water from the Nikko water system.
It has a crisp sweetness and a nice aftertaste. The aroma is also nice and clean.
There is little acidity and the taste of the rice seems to be deep.
I can drink as much as I want.
