Sake from Tohoku is delicious. Personally, I like Fukushima or Yamagata after Akita. This time, I'm going to talk about Fukushima series. There are many great sakes in Fukushima such as Shiyara and Hiroki. I really wanted to drink the natural sake this time. It is called "Melon", but it tastes like a noble sake with a rich sweetness. The aroma may be a little strong. The robust flavor may not be for everyone, but I personally would repeat it. I'll be back.

After all, the sake of Akita is delicious series. This sake is from the Kimura Sake Brewery in Fukukomachi. We don't have a chance to drink it often because we don't live in Akita city, but we had it at the shop. It has a heavy sweetness with a clean and crisp taste. It is delicious. I muttered to myself. I've been drinking in-prefecture sake and out-of-prefecture sake in that order, but lately there's been a lot of good in-prefecture sake, so it's been a while since I've had any out-of-prefecture sake. It's still too delicious. There are many things I don't know, but my favorite out-of-prefecture sake is this, Hououmita, Saku. I love Haruka. I have all the basics down. I have a special fondness for the Hana label. The first time I had it was in the ANA lounge at Haneda Airport, about 4 or 5 years ago, and I think that encounter led me to my current love of sake. I bought this year's version. It's a little young when it's first opened, like Haruka. The taste will definitely improve.

This is a mellow sake, which is rare in Niigata where there are many light sake. I love this sake, but I found a cup of it at a shop and bought it. I bought more than one, but I didn't have a good impression of it right after I bought it, so I forgot it in the fridge for a while. I noticed it and opened a bottle today. The mellowness seems to have improved because I left it for a while. This is very good. The acidity is moderate, and the sweetness is pleasant without being sticky. The aroma is light. It would be a wonderful trip if you could buy this on a station platform and drink it with an ekiben.

When I drank Shinsei for the first time, I happened to drink several Shinsei at the same time, and the best one for me at that time was Ecru.
