This sake seems to be a collaboration between Fukurokuju, who serves my favorite Ichidomizunari, and a sake project created by farmers.
It has a mild taste. Ichidomari Mizunari is a sake that you feel the flavor slowly and gradually, and it has a little bit of an edge to it, but this one has a good, unconventional flavor, and a bad, uninspired flavor. This is the first time I've tried this label, but I think I'll buy it next time I find it.
