I was going to buy this last year, but I missed it, Summer Snowman. This time I bought it without hesitation. Manzaku is a fun brewery with many variations, but this one is not too light and not too rich.
The aroma is also refreshing. The bitterness is weak and the acidity is low, but this sweetness and umami is the mainstay of Akita sake. It is very good. I would like to buy another bottle.
