My favorite Yamagata Masamune. It does not disappoint. I love Akita's sake, but it may not be able to match the breadth and depth of Yamagata's sake.
It's good again. There is a pleasant sourness in the sweetness. The slight bitterness and the alcohol feeling are also good.

We have it in two of our stores in Yamagata.
