The most delicious sake made from white rice and water
It is the origin of the naming of "Ippai Suisei".
It's not easy to buy, but when I find it, I buy it immediately. This is a version that you don't see very often, but it has a pleasant sweetness that is typical of Isshaku-Suisei. Recently, I've been leaning a little more towards non-prefectural sake, but I wouldn't miss this and Haruka for Akita sake.
