I love Akita's sake.
But I'm also interested in the one from the neighboring prefecture. I drank it once when I went to Morioka for work. It's Akatake, a kind of Fukushima's sake, not Akita's sake.
It seems to be a summer sake. There is a little ori in it. It's quite different from drinking it without mixing it and drinking it after mixing it. So you can enjoy it.
The aroma is good, too. It's like the skin of a peach. I like it very much. It's not easy to buy, but if I could, I would keep a few bottles in the fridge.
