The aroma is Sunkist. As usual, there is a little bitterness in addition to the sweetness of Nata Kachiyo. It is better today than the first day. It's like a corner has been removed.
I sometimes want to drink Taquachiyo without a second thought.
It's not a very light Niigata sake☺️.
