The liquor store closest to my house has started carrying Masayo. I am happy because it used to take me about an hour and a half to go there to buy it, but at the same time, I feel frustrated that it will become even more of a major sake. Now, here it is. The tangy mouthfeel is refreshing, with a hint of apple. It has a very pleasant taste without any cloying flavor. It is good when drunk cold.

It's been three years since I've had a bottle of Hochozuru. Personally, I have the impression that the check-in number 120 is surprisingly low for an occasional sake.
