This is a first for me even though it is a local sake. My gra wife attended an event at the brewery and bought it for me as a souvenir. It has a sweet and sour aroma. It is basically dry, but the sweetness with just the right amount of rice flavor is delicious.

This is the first time for me to taste Autumn ver. The aroma is full of rice flavor. Slightly tangy and full of mellow rice flavor. It is a classic type of sake, but it is not heavy and easy to drink. The Civien series is really good.

Luckily, I got it. This is the first Omachi at home. It has a mellow aroma of rice. It is still sweet, but I have the impression that the balance of the omachi is good, and the sweetness is kept in check.

I attended a meeting of Eshikoto (12 kinds in all) in Fukuoka. I didn't know about Eshikoto. It is a sake limited to Fukui Prefecture. I started with a toast to the bubbly sake. It tasted like white wine with an elegant flavor. Next was a special pure Gohyakumangoku sake. It is also white wine-like. Soft and mellow. ...I don't have the ability to review 12 different types of sake, so I'll stop here. The most delicious was the Ihyakumangoku Nama Sake. It was refreshing, had a sense of rice, and was very good.

I like professional wrestling. I started watching from American Wrestling. I have watched the Onita vs Takayama current bomb match. Well. I bought it because it tasted so good when I drank it outside. But I mistakenly bought Yamadanishiki for Miyamanishiki.... The aroma has a strong acidity. The taste is a little tangy and mellow. A little peculiar. It becomes fruity when the temperature is raised. I preferred Miyamanishiki.
