Purchased in Oita Prefecture. It seems that Kanji Chibijin is the most common name in Oita Prefecture. The aroma is moderate. It has a refreshing sourness and a slight banana taste. It is drier than the traditional Chibijin. I prefer this one.

This one was purchased in Fukuoka. I bought it because I thought I had never seen Chiebijin's fresh yeast before. The aroma is banana. It tastes a little sour and has a strong rice flavor. It is delicious cold or at room temperature.

It is read as Sachikaze. It is another brand of Hanashimi and probably only distributed in Oita Prefecture. There are very few check-ins for Sake no Wawa. The aroma is mild. The smooth taste of rice and sweetness are exquisite. It is not too sweet and has no cloying taste. I would like to buy it again.

Saeki Hisho as before. This one is light nigori. It was also sold at 1,980 yen, so it was a good deal. This one is sweeter than the previous one because it is a light nigori. You can feel the sweetness of the rice. It has a unique aroma.

I traveled to Oita. I was not there for sake, but I did buy sake to take home. There was a place where you could play a 1,000 yen gacha, and I won this one. A great deal! It is mellow and has a white wine taste. It has a good balance of acidity and umami. It was easier to drink than the summer sake I had before.

Not much aroma. Slightly tangy. Juicy, muscat flavor. The flavor was so good that I thought it might be junmai ginjo. I was told that it was only available in Kyushu, but I would like to drink it again next year. And it is inexpensive!

This is a first for me even though it is a local sake. My gra wife attended an event at the brewery and bought it for me as a souvenir. It has a sweet and sour aroma. It is basically dry, but the sweetness with just the right amount of rice flavor is delicious.
