Purchased at the sake brewery opening. I also have a bottle of Goroku Noukozo waiting in the fridge. I wonder if you can tell the difference in taste...I don't think you can tell much. It has a slightly lactic acid bacteria aroma. It has a tangy mouthfeel and a refreshing, moderate sweetness that is exquisite. It is sold on Yahoo! Auctions for about 3 times the price.... I wish they would stop reselling.

Wife's birthday. We open a good sake. Sake obtained at the Sanso Sake Brewery Opening. It is a limited edition sake. It was very expensive. The aroma is a little lactic acid bacteria type. The mouthfeel is clean and mild. It has a beautiful sweet taste with a bit of sourness. The aftertaste is beautifully clean. It was a wonderful sake.

I recently went to a Hana-no-Kou sake brewery opening called Sanso Shinen Banquet. I bought this limited edition sake at the event. It is delicious. The aroma is not so strong, and the taste is refreshing and gorgeous. It has a perfect balance of umami and ginjo flavor.

It is usually made with Yamada-Nishiki, but this season the Yamada-Nishiki was not so good, so it was made with Omachi. Gorgeous aroma. It is sweet and delicious with a fruity flavor. The low alcohol content makes it quite easy to drink. It is a modern sake.
