Wife Gra went on a trip to Niigata (I stayed at home). She bought this as a souvenir. It is a limited edition Niigata sake. Actually, this is my first Kanji Takachidai. The aroma is mild. It has a fruity taste with a strong rice flavor. It is well-balanced and delicious. I also had beer and onigiri (rice balls).

This is the first brand name. Sake-donji hiyaoroshi is said to be the name of this brand. The aroma is not so strong. It has a matured taste with a refreshing mouthfeel that gives the impression of hiyaoroshi. I prefer to drink it at a higher temperature.

The owner of the store where I bought it told me that it is only sold under this name once. Please refer to Aladdin's review for the origin of Matsuya Jiken (Aladdin, sorry for taking the liberty😅). The aroma is not so much, and it is quite sour. It is refreshing and grepy. Certainly not like Ryuki. But it was delicious 🍶.

A sake party was held at the Reblom and I attended. I brought my own bottle of Yoru no Teio. Of course, everything was delicious, but I personally liked Nanamizu the best. I was very satisfied with the rare sake that I could drink, such as the members-only product of Shigemasu.
