I went to Nakazawa Sake Brewery on a weekday off and purchased it.
The toji told me that there was only one bottle left in limited quantities, and I did not hesitate to buy it. I happened to be able to buy it because they closed the shutters right after that.
It was sweet on the palate and a little spicy at the end.
It was delicious, if a little heavy.
I drank it on the day I was stranded at Shin-Osaka station. It was an original from Miu Miu.
It was a frozen sake, so the contents did not come out easily,
I had to pour it in while stirring it with a spatula. At times, the bottle was covered with frost and my hands felt like they were going to slip.
It was my first experience with frozen sake, but it was interesting.
It tasted not spicy and was easy to drink.
The sherbet liquefied over time.
The live shrimp was delicious.
It tastes refreshing.
A little sourness.
Carbonation lingers in the aftertaste.
Neutral, neither spicy nor sweet.
Recommended by liquor store.
This is my first nigori sake.
After a few hours, I shook it this time before drinking, and it gradually became sweeter and sweeter. It is not refreshing at all. After drinking it, I felt carbonation and sourness coming. It is delicious.
I'm getting addicted to it.

I was interested in buying it because I often see it.
It sure is delicious.
It was pleasant to the palate, with a little spiciness and sourness afterwards.
Like a little spicy, but mouthwatering, but mellow?
I bought it at a liquor store to try it out, as it seemed to be selling well, as there were only a few left.
I like fruity, light and not too sweet, but I think I have been buying it because of the famous name.
I bought two bottles, one as a souvenir for my father-in-law on a family vacation in Kyushu and one for myself. It seemed to be a local product in Takachiho-cho. Takachiho Kagura Dedication Sake.

Taste is okay. Sweet, not spicy, easy to drink, but unfortunately not my favorite.
I will finish it and move on to the next one as soon as possible.
Ended 5/20/20/2023
A little refreshing, sweet and spicy.
It was a junmai ginjo sake from Iwate Shuzo(?). I could not find any information other than it is a junmai ginjo sake from Iwate Shuzo (?) and is made with gin-giga, so I did not even know the brand name.
I traveled to the station next to the one where my company is located.
The liquor store has a thermal tank from which it is bottled.
They used to serve it raw, but it is no longer allowed by law.
Johan Pollux, good morning!
It's great that you have a tank in your store and sell it.
Iwate Meikozo is a small brewery, but it is very strong and is expected to grow in the future.
I had this at Ureshino Onsen on a family trip in GW.
It tasted fresh and refreshing.
I wonder how many more trips I can take with my elementary school son.

Johann Pollux, good morning ☀️
Gorgeous food, looks delicious! I hope you and your son travel a lot and make lots of memories ✨and have a drink and remember 😊.
Tonight's sake,
I went to a local liquor store, tasted a few bottles, and bought this sake because the store told me that this sake is specially stocked by the brewery.
It has a nice mouthfeel and is not spicy, but it does not have a sake-like taste. Is it the taste of raw sake? ->P.S. Maybe it just tasted fresh due to the carbonation.
It is said that the toji is 35 years old in Chiba prefecture.
Is it a little sour?
I will still drink and learn more.
This is also delicious.
→I finished drinking it on 5/2/2023.

Recently, I have been curious about Bon, so I wandered into a liquor store and found it.
It has a pleasant taste, but is slightly dry. We enjoyed it very much.
