Too delicious... The sweetness spreads at first, then the acidity comes in gradually, followed by a firm body, and finally the alcohol comes in, and then it disappears. It is an ideal type of sake for my taste, and I suppose it is because it is a draft sake, but I never thought it could be so delicious.
