marinI thought it came in quickly at first, but it was sweet with a hint of melon, and then I felt a bit of alcohol as it was, as well as acidity, and it finished with a sense of tranquility. The sweet aftertaste is not that much, and you feel a clean end. It was a sake with a sense of cleanliness.
