marinToo delicious... The sweetness spreads at first, then the acidity comes in gradually, followed by a firm body, and finally the alcohol comes in, and then it disappears. It is an ideal type of sake for my taste, and I suppose it is because it is a draft sake, but I never thought it could be so delicious. This is a famous product of the Meite Sake Brewery, which was selling at a large shopping mall in our neighborhood. It's wonderful!

marinThis is what a junmai ginjo tastes like...ugh, it's good. Although the same brand has a different taste, the drinkability and sweetness are similar. I guess I like Kamizen Josui as one of the best so far. The previous draft sake was still delicious.
