I've only been drinking sake for a short time, so I'm still a novice drinker, but Kita-Akita has a slightly yellowish hue, and when I drank it, the sweetness spread first, and then the spicy taste remained.
It's a swishy drink at first, but it seems to leave a claw mark.
It has a little bit of a peculiar taste, which you slowly enjoy.
