Fruity to start, clean and lingering alcohol acidity at the end.
Seems very light and dry.
Ummm, yummy...
It was said on TV that the person who drinks the sake decides what is dry, so we can put aside our knowledge and just enjoy drinking a good sake.
I don't know how many times I've had it.
Juicy flavor with a final acidity.
As the description says, it is a sake to be drunk on a summer night (or even if it is not summer), like the glossy sparkle of fireworks in the night sky.
I like the taste, but I really like the shape of the bottle, the neatness of the jacket, and the appearance.
It's refreshingly juicy.
I can recommend it to those who don't like too much sweetness.
The crispness and sweetness of the wine is gradually followed by the slow appearance of acidity...yes, it's not hard to tell.
My first Houou Mita.
It is often described as a representative of fruity, but Haneya is no slouch either.
The difference is that Hououmida has more acidity in the last part.
At first, it is indeed like a fruit. It has a refreshing sweetness that makes it easy to drink. This will surely be popular among those who like sweet sake.
Yum... Yum...
It is easy to drink, refreshing, and sweet but not too sweet. Straightforward, reaching the final alcoholic acidity, it is truly a sake like the fresh breeze of Shonan. It has a nice lingering bitterness.
The sweetness and acidity are well balanced and certainly perfect for drinking on a summer evening. It is also gorgeous, but the freshness in the mouth stands out and disappears with a smooth acidity. Wabi-sabi, like fireworks on a summer night. So good...so good...
This is a green apple.
It is the nationally renowned "Saku" Gennochi.
The acidity that penetrates through the refreshing sweetness, yummy, yummy.
Even the label is classy and cool.
I found out that this sake was served as a toast at the Ise-Shima Summit in 2016.
I don't know what people overseas would think of it, but for the time being, it was outstandingly delicious.
The apple-like sweetness enters cleanly and changes from mellow to sour.
It has a high degree of perfection. It is a refreshing and refreshing sake to drink just before the transition to summer.
It is wonderful....
Although it is described as fresh, compared to the sake I have had so far, the aroma is fresh but the taste is not so fruity and refreshing.
When you drink it, you first feel a sense of coolness, which quickly fades away, followed by the bitterness of alcohol.
The alcohol content seems to be higher than indicated.
The dryness stands out.
The fresh aroma and gorgeousness of pears spreads with each sip. It quickly changes from sweetness to sourness with little aftertaste. It's designed to be amazing....good.
The taste changes from a clean, fresh, pear-like flavor to a mild sweetness that slides smoothly down the throat. It was as if I was drinking nama-shu, but this time it was not. And yet this freshness...genius. Ummm...this is amazing. It's famous, that's for sure. This is a really powerful sake.
Wow...the moment I took it into my mouth, I felt an apple-like freshness, and from the sweetness, I felt a sharp and also refreshing acidity, which disappeared leaving a lingering aftertaste.
Even the acidity tasted as if it had been calculated, which made me shudder. The lingering acidity may not be to everyone's taste, but I love it.
The cool label is a sign of modernity.
At any rate, I enjoyed everything about it, including the slightly effervescent feeling it had as a raw sake.
Hi marin 😃
Sentori is delicious 😊It's also the one that got me into the Sake swamp 😆 There are many regular and seasonal sake that are delicious, so please try them all 🤗.
Jay & Nobby, the Sentori was very good. I can certainly understand why you would fall in love with sake after drinking it. I'm still a sake novice, so I'll just follow my heart, drink as many different kinds as I can, and enjoy!
The sweetness of the rice spreads first in the refreshing mouthfeel, followed by a crisp acidity. It is also characterized by a refreshing citrus-leaning fruitiness that spreads out, giving it a very serene feeling. It has a mature appearance.
Ummm...delicious...it has a high degree of perfection...
This is... a hit after a long time!
The sweet melon-like taste from the slight fizz, the acidity while leaving the carbonation as it is, and it disappears refreshingly!
Wow, it's like a juice...the bottle is well designed and looks like a juice.
It's very drinkable and this is very satisfying.
It's the best!
I thought it came in quickly at first, but it was sweet with a hint of melon, and then I felt a bit of alcohol as it was, as well as acidity, and it finished with a sense of tranquility. The sweet aftertaste is not that much, and you feel a clean end. It was a sake with a sense of cleanliness.
Also delicious...
This is the first time I've had sake from Hyogo Prefecture.
Well, a quick sip...
What the...! What's this?
First of all, a refreshing sweetness penetrated through, and then the juicy melon hit me like a blooming flower. Ummm...it's a fruit!
The finish was a crisp, refreshing alcoholic acidity.
This is my favorite kind of sake.
It should be a hit with those who like juicy sake.
There are still so many different kinds of sake to be found in so many different places.
