I think this is Haneya's sake project using rice from other prefectures. Wow,, it has a clean taste with elegant acidity from the sweetness of the rice. Ummm, yummy.... It tastes exactly like Haneya's, and people who like "Kouki" will definitely like it. I really like Haneya's rich umami.

I don't know how many times I've had it. Juicy flavor with a final acidity. As the description says, it is a sake to be drunk on a summer night (or even if it is not summer), like the glossy sparkle of fireworks in the night sky. I like the taste, but I really like the shape of the bottle, the neatness of the jacket, and the appearance.

My first Houou Mita. It is often described as a representative of fruity, but Haneya is no slouch either. The difference is that Hououmida has more acidity in the last part. This is a green apple. It is the nationally renowned "Saku" Gennochi. The acidity that penetrates through the refreshing sweetness, yummy, yummy. Even the label is classy and cool. I found out that this sake was served as a toast at the Ise-Shima Summit in 2016. I don't know what people overseas would think of it, but for the time being, it was outstandingly delicious.

Wow...the moment I took it into my mouth, I felt an apple-like freshness, and from the sweetness, I felt a sharp and also refreshing acidity, which disappeared leaving a lingering aftertaste. Even the acidity tasted as if it had been calculated, which made me shudder. The lingering acidity may not be to everyone's taste, but I love it. The cool label is a sign of modernity. At any rate, I enjoyed everything about it, including the slightly effervescent feeling it had as a raw sake.
