シベハス
Purchased at Ikebukuro Tobu. I had served Raifuku at my part time job and was curious about it because customers said it was delicious. I was also interested in it because it is from Ibaraki, the same city as Morishima, which I like. Since this was the only type of Raifuku around 2,000 yen at Tobu, I bought it without hesitation. As the name "Sweet" implies, it has a nice pineapple-like aroma, sourness, and sweetness. It is not too strong, so even though it is sweet, you can enjoy it without hesitation. It is delicious. As you drink it, you can feel its thickness, but it is still sweet and sour while it is cold. I heard that the brewery uses various kinds of flower yeast, and I am interested in their other sakes as well. As a Tokyoite who likes sake from the Kanto region, I would like to follow up with Morishima Shuzo and Raifuku Shuzo as well.

シベハス
Purchased at Ikebukuro Tobu. I was curious about the water base. It is a yellowish liquor, and the aroma is sweet, like dried grapes? It has a sweet, dried grape-like aroma. In the mouth, it is thick and sticky like an aged sake. It has a long, dry, bitter aftertaste, and in general is a solid, heavy sake. Delicate snacks will not go well with it. To be honest, this is not my favorite type of sake (I am still a beginner and tend to avoid strong, dark sake), but this one has a rich flavor that may be addictive! The official web site of this brewery recommends heating the sake, although they say it is a draft sake and needs to be kept cool.

I got it at my part time job and enjoyed it so much that I bought it myself. The clean aroma foreshadows a slight fruity flavor. In the mouth, it is crisp and muscat-like, with a sharp, yet umami taste of rice. There is also a slightly pungent spiciness that lingers in the nose. The lingering finish is slightly long and slightly bitter, but not unpleasant. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), which was cheap because it was close to its expiration date! LOL! Morishima is delicious, and so is this one that the great sake master Yokoyama Taikan said he could name it after him!

Mr. Partner purchased the wine from among seven varieties he was allowed to try at a liquor store tasting. Sourness and sweetness reminiscent of green apple and pineapple. Wild aftertaste with a sense of rice and a rough sweetness. This is a nice, robust taste.

I visited a liquor store tasting and purchased one of the seven types of wine they had available. It is a hard, refreshing sake. The sharpness is pleasant. My partner who drank it claimed that it tastes like melon when the temperature rises! He insisted that it tastes like melon when the temperature rises. We tend to drink sour and sweet sake, so it is nice to have a refreshing sake like this once in a while.

Stable (← I mean as much as I like it) Northwest. Sourness and sweetness. It's quite sweet, but not too sharp, and it's not rough, so you can drink it easily. It's like a soda. But it also has a sense of rice and thickness, so it's not just a Ramune, but a delicious sake. PS: Well, it's pretty sweet. It seems like a good way to appeal to people in their 20's who like Cassioles and the like, that there are fruity and tasty sake. I think it would be popular with girls, but then again, I'm an old lady, so maybe I don't feel the same way anymore💦.

Sour aroma. It goes in easily, but has weight. The aftertaste is a little rough with sourness and sweetness. It has the umami of rice, but it is also rather sharp. This is my favorite type of rice-like wine. I may repeat it! What is that masking tape-like thing on the neck with the Braille-like print (actually bumpy) on it? It's cute as a pattern, but it also seems to mean something. PS: When I went to Isego to repeat the purchase, I found that they no longer carried the regular product, but only the slightly more expensive and premier one (4,000 yen for a 4-goupe bottle), so I bought another brand. I'm of the school of thought that I'd like to drink a variety of sake for around 2,000 yen for a four-pack.

The bottle was opened. Slightly gassy. No acidity. It is a beautiful food sake, with a sense of rice but not too heavy. According to the partner who drank it for the first time two days later, it is thick and spicy from the beginning. The aftertaste lingers on the tongue for a long time. He said it has a lot of volume.

The bottle was opened quietly (no gas feeling). Sourness comes relatively but it is thick, and the aftertaste is a little sweet with some bitterness. My partner, who drank it for the first time two days later, said, "Oh, this is a melon! He said, "Oh my God, it's a melon! It feels cool on the tongue. There is a sweetness from the rice, but it is not sluggish.

The bottle was opened with a splash. Nice aroma. The aroma is refreshing and a little sweet. When you drink it, it is heavier than expected, and you can feel the umami of the rice. After the middle and unique taste, it has a rather long aftertaste with a rice flavor. However, when I drank it two days later, the aftertaste was not as long. Overall, it is an elegant sake.

The acidity is immediately followed by the heaviness of the rice and alcohol. The aftertaste is also rather firm and the aftertaste is a bit bitter. But it is not too heavy and makes you want to drink the next one right away. It is a delicious sake with an acidity that is very current. I've always wanted to try this one day, but this one is just as good! Purchased at Nippori Yamauchiya.

Fluffy good aroma. I had a premonition that it would taste beautiful. The first sip is refreshing, but has thickness. The middle part of the sip is full of rice flavor and fullness, and the aftertaste is long and full, with a bit of bitterness. It is mellow but also has a sharpness. However, it also has a rather old-fashioned sake-like quality (I was told this is due to the way it is made). Purchased at Yamauchiya, Nippori, Tokyo.

I bought it because it was recommended to me at Isego. It was the right choice! I got the impression that it is a very elegant and well-balanced sake. It has acidity and sweetness with a refreshing aftertaste. It has the atmosphere of a Yamato Nadeshiko who never speaks ill of others. It's been two days since I opened it, and it's still delicious today. It will be gone today. (Photo: in the middle of drinking)

I found it on the shelf at Takeya in Okachimachi, Tokyo, at room temperature, and since it was not marked as requiring refrigeration, I thought it might work. I thought it might work, so I bought it. I took it home with me because it was slightly cheaper than the usual price of 2,035 yen including tax (2,035 yen including tax). (Senkin's sparklers and back sparklers were sold in the refrigerator and were at a premium price of 2790 and 2949, respectively.) When I poured it into the Riedel O, the first thing I smelled was wood. Like cedar. A little twangy. When I put it in my mouth, it was very sour and woody. The aftertaste is also sour and alcoholic. It is refreshing, but there is a lingering aftertaste. I wonder if this is what it means to be "light"?

I opened the bottle in the kitchen, being careful to open the bottle, and it opened with a nice sound! It opened with a nice sound. Apple? Pineapple? Sweet and sour aroma. The first sip is tart and juicy, with a hint of sweetness, but it is also thick and juicy. The aftertaste is rough, slightly sweet, and long, with a hint of alcohol bitterness. It is quite thick, and it rides roughly on the tongue. It becomes a little sweet and bitter when it becomes lukewarm. Igarashi is a sake from Saitama that I recently learned about, but I think it is relatively cost-effective (1650 yen for a four-pack), so I would like to pursue it and use it for everyday drinking. Purchased at the sake section of Shinjuku Biclo. I was curious about this Kochi sake because I had heard that it was similar to Bunkajin. I bought it in the hope that it would be a refreshing summer sake. I thought it might be quite spicy. But it had a good balance of spiciness and acidity, and I could also taste the umami of the rice. It has a sharpness, and the alcohol lingers for a long time, but it also has a cool feeling. It is an interesting sake with a busy and ever-changing flavor profile. I would like to try other sake breweries. The bottle was a bit big ass, so I had to force it into the pocket of the refrigerator door. (The photo shows an empty bottle.)

Himenoi by Ishizuka Sake Brewery in Niigata, which I first decided to pursue when I started drinking sake. I had to check it out because it was available at Yoshiike. I bought a four-pack of Ishoni because they had a four-pack in stock. I got the impression that Himenoi is a sweet sake made with glutinous rice and brewed in four stages. It did not have much of an aroma, and I had a feeling it would be sweet. When I drank it, I found that the sweetness came quickly, followed by sourness. The aftertaste is also sweet with a little sourness. Finally, there is a slight bitterness from the alcohol. The sweetness of the rice comes through well in this sake. I was drinking Misen at the same time, but I prefer Himenoi because it is thicker and not only sweet.

I bought it in a cup at Yoshiike. I drank it in a glass. It is a refreshing mid-meal sake with the umami and spiciness of rice. It leaves a bit of a tangy feeling, but it's easy to drink. It seems to be a good option when you want something spicy. The snowman doing winter sports is cute, so I'll use the cup for something when I'm done drinking it.

I was curious about it when I saw it in the sake section of Biclo in Shinjuku, and did not hesitate to buy it when I saw a cup of sake at Yoshiike. It is written "shinzen" and reads "mizen. I drank it not as it was in the cup, but properly transferred it to a glass (Riedel's O). The first sip was sweet. And the aftertaste is also sweet. It leaves a kind of sticky sweetness. I didn't feel any complexity, such as a sense of refreshment or acidity, and personally, I don't think I would repeat the experience. I think I will get bored with the rather monotonous taste... I am drinking Himenoi's Ishoni at the same time, but I can feel more sourness, riceiness, and thickness in Himenoi's Himenoi which is made from glutinous rice. However, that is not to say that it is not tasty. I think it would be a good introduction for those who shy away from sake. Recommended for those who like sweetness.
