Sourness and sweetness. It's quite sweet, but not too sharp, and it's not rough, so you can drink it easily.
It's like a soda.
But it also has a sense of rice and thickness, so it's not just a Ramune, but a delicious sake.
PS: Well, it's pretty sweet. It seems like a good way to appeal to people in their 20's who like Cassioles and the like, that there are fruity and tasty sake. I think it would be popular with girls, but then again, I'm an old lady, so maybe I don't feel the same way anymore💦.
