Kazegafuku[金] 山廃純米吟醸 中取り 生原酒
シベハス
The aroma is less but fruity.
In the mouth it is dry, sweet and dry. The dryness sandwiches the sweetness, and there's a tangy coolness.
As it gets a little wet, the riceiness increases.
After two days, the fizziness is gone, and the rice flavor has mellowed and increased.
This is still good at higher temperatures and after two days.
This was the first sake I encountered at the Fukushima Fair at Queen's Isetan.
