I visited a liquor store tasting and purchased one of the seven types of wine they had available.
It is a hard, refreshing sake.
The sharpness is pleasant.
My partner who drank it claimed that it tastes like melon when the temperature rises! He insisted that it tastes like melon when the temperature rises.
We tend to drink sour and sweet sake, so it is nice to have a refreshing sake like this once in a while.
