Raifuku純米生原酒 若水

Purchased at Ikebukuro Tobu.
I had served Raifuku at my part time job and was curious about it because customers said it was delicious. I was also interested in it because it is from Ibaraki, the same city as Morishima, which I like.
Since this was the only type of Raifuku around 2,000 yen at Tobu, I bought it without hesitation.
As the name "Sweet" implies, it has a nice pineapple-like aroma, sourness, and sweetness. It is not too strong, so even though it is sweet, you can enjoy it without hesitation. It is delicious.
As you drink it, you can feel its thickness, but it is still sweet and sour while it is cold.
I heard that the brewery uses various kinds of flower yeast, and I am interested in their other sakes as well. As a Tokyoite who likes sake from the Kanto region, I would like to follow up with Morishima Shuzo and Raifuku Shuzo as well.
